Suitable for beginners and up, you'll get hands-on experience with a variety of machines as you make this class Shaker step stool with a hinged lid and storage compartment. Includes training on table saw, planer, jointer, band saw and router, with an introduction to traditional wood joinery, assembly techniques, and plenty of tips and tricks for doing accurate, repeatable work. Made of solid cherry and finished in Danish oil, your step stool will be an instant heirloom!

In collaboration with the Shaker Museum in Chatham, NY, join us for a presentation on Shaker design at 9:30am Sat morning before our first class.
